Scheduling and Communication

By submitting a form, calling, or texting us, you authorize us to contact you by phone, email, or text message regarding your inquiry, scheduled service, and related updates. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Quotes and Pricing

• Quotes provided before an in-person inspection are estimates based on the information you provide
• Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work
• We will communicate any change in pricing before performing additional work

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future scheduling priority.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or upon completion of service, unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking.

Reviews and Feedback

We may invite you to leave a review of our service. Any review you submit is your own opinion. We do not pay for or fabricate reviews.
